These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mangaldeep Nadodi Wale website and any orders or inquiries made via WhatsApp, phone or our website. By contacting us or placing an order, you accept these Terms.
1. About Us
Mangaldeep Nadodi Wale (Mangal Deep Textile) is a cloth merchant and clothing brand established in 1985, located at Mahaveer Market, near Goyal Hospital, Uklana Mandi, Haryana 125113, India.
2. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after our team confirms availability and details on WhatsApp.
- All orders are prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Our order number is +91 85700 30480.
- Prices displayed or quoted on chat are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Product Availability
We make every effort to keep products in stock, but stock may change quickly. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you on WhatsApp and offer a substitute or a full refund of the order value.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is arranged via courier across India. Delivery time and charges vary by location and are confirmed on WhatsApp before payment. Risk of loss in transit is handled per courier terms; we assist with claims where applicable.
5. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
- Fabric-on-metre and custom-made items are not returnable except in case of a defect.
- For quality issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
6. WhatsApp and Communication
By messaging our business numbers, you agree to receive order-related communications. Service messages are transactional and are not subject to promotional opt-out requirements.

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our content, text or images without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mangaldeep Nadodi Wale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to an initial attempt at amicable resolution.
